Try changing the "NONE" option to "NOT ANY". (I believe) NONE is the equivalent of ANY, and NOT ANY is the same as ALL. In the negative, of course.

The easiest way I have found is to create a Custom Field, for instance I use a field called 'Support' and populate this with my teams like server, network, voice, etc.Hope this helps you.
