You were correct, there is a bug with this IOS. This is what I got from Solarwinds support"
What I have confirmed
from development is that this is a supported MIB issue in the IOS version 15.3.
They have confirmed as well that because of the MIB issues present, VNQM
currently does not function well with that IOS and the results are spotty at
best. I went ahead and checked all your nodes in your database and only found
this ASR device to have the 15.3 IOS version.
