I was thinking this role could be available to our manager group which comprises roughly 10 people. Some of this group do have tech accounts currently though if this feature were to become available the tech account could be assigned elsewhere. All of the group would have client accounts (no admin rights) so perhaps this could be setup much like the way a tech can navigate between the tech/client account?
