cbajee, the team got your email in the certification@solarwinds.com inbox and sent you a reply. Here is our process:
When you pass the test, our test admin reviews the score and approves your certification, which takes anywhere from 3-4 days from when you complete & pass. You should then have received a congratulatory email with instructions on your next steps. In that email it notes how to order your free Welcome Kit. Also in that email is a digital copy of your certificate you can use for employers or others who require verification of your completion of the certification. If you want your kit, please hit reply to that congratulations email and verify your address, then we will get your order started.
