whd 12.2 installation on OpenSuSE 13.2

I've installed WHD 12.2 on OpenSuSE 13.2.  When trying to access the local host, 127.0.0.1:8081, I receive a HTTP Status 404, The requested resource is not available, Apache Tomcat/7.0.50.  I'm following the installation instructions and WHD is started, as is Apache-Tomcat. Any ideas/
