EOC uses either local server or windows credentials for sign-in and not local accounts the way Orion does. I would recommend trying your windows account, or the local account used on the server when the program was installed. If all else fails, you can log into the server with your credentials and rerun the configuration wizard which should give you the ability to setup another admin account.
