Not very often.

Maybe monthly or a bit less. Checking for updates, and occasionally a support question or issue.
- How long after you became a customer did you join thwack? How often do you visit thwack? What content do you come to thwack for?
Actually joined Thwack while evaluating DPA, so before we were officially a customer
Check it pretty much daily for articles of interest, questions that I can help with, feature requests, and of course the monthly quizzes.
I'm aware of the KB but as others have said, a number of the articles are outdated. Articles should perhaps be tagged by product version(s) to which they relate.
