While you can most likely find the answers to most of your questions here, if you need to open a ticket with the Vendor, I would recommend visiting this page:

Second - you most likely need to edit your enable level in the connection profile for that device to 'no enable'. You can do this from the "edit node" screen. If this doesn't work, you may need to alter the device template with a custom one for Brocade. Instructions can be found in the NCM Admin Guide. You should be able to find a few solid templates in the NCM Content Exchange.
