What was life like before using SolarWinds? (Include what you were using and why you decided it was time for a change)
Not as good, our ticketing system had lots of bugs (it was open-source) and blocked us from our day to day work. We were using an obscure ticketing system called GLPI, it was slowing us down.

We considered some cloud ticketing offereings, including Samanage and VivaDesk. Solarwinds WHD offers a lot of flexibility to collect data the way you want it and then express it the way you want it.
