Like any solution which requires data logging, this will always be seen as a burden by those who need to spend their time filling the form fields. Yes, many of us can give plenty of examples of over the top, unnecessary form filling, but there is a reason why businesses can prosper, live and in the case of more than a few die by the quality of such systems. CRM applications, PSA, ERP and such like must have buy in from the users and be seen as beneficial to their work lives as much as is possible for them to be effective (and accurate).
