I´m new in Dameware, and I´m deployed a configured agent to my remote users; in a few weeks, I did discover some errors and I solve it changing the remote configurations but, at this time, I must reinstall the agent. I search in the manual the procedure to do this config update but I didnt see nothing (my english is a bit poor )
Can anybody help me?
