Are you polling them for layer-3 information?
You may need to increase the debugging and look at the UDT poller logs to see what it is fetching from the devices.
if you have Jumbo frames enabled on your network you'll need a fixed SNMP library from support since the one shipped with versions of UDT upto and including 3.0.2 can't cope with responses larger than 1500 bytes.
