I agree with wbrown. This is why we're constantly learning new technologies and developing new techniques/methods/processes - trying to stay ahead of the curve.
I also have to agree with the statement regarding users being the weakest link in information security. Sharing personal passwords, writing passwords on notes, users telling me their password over the phone, etc.
