The installation completed with no issues on a virtual Windows 2008 R2 server with a local SQL express database (2 vCPU, 4 GB memory, 40GB SSD disk).
The only node I added was a single Windows 2008 R2 server running MS Exchange Server 2013 using WMI polling (using an account with domain admin privileges). The initial scan detected Exchange and auto-selected to enable AppInsight for Exchange. I also added the Windows Server 2003-2012 Services and Counters application template and turned on the Scheduled Task monitoring. All of these applications have been configured to inherit the credentials from the node (domain admin level).
The Windows Server template and Scheduled Task work with no issues.
I am getting the process/service data in the AppInsight for Exchange monitor but none of the other components are working (Unknown). Using the "Configure Server" option within the application configuration, it says it can successfully configure the server but the connection test still fails. If I enter the credentials manually, the test still fails.
I can't find any information on checking the WinRM configuration on the polling engine or Exchange server. I saw the other thread re:the broken link to the KB article noting the link is down until the documentation is confirmed/complete.
I thought there might be an issue with my SW beta server not being on the domain so I joined it to the same domain as the Exchange server but the same error appears.
Have I missed a step somewhere?
